It is a dozen suppliers, imported goods on open-ended lead times, and trades that each wait on someone else. Every gap in that chain becomes a week on site.
We closed the chain. We hold stock, specify from our own showroom, and run the trades ourselves, so a decision made on Monday is progress by Friday.

We walk the plot, agree what the project actually is, and put budget logic and timeline assumptions in writing.

Technical planning
Drawings coordinated with your architect, systems designed, permits and paperwork tracked to approval.

Showroom specification
Systems, sanitary, kitchens and finishes chosen in one private session instead of six supplier meetings.

Shell & structure
Groundworks through to a weathertight structure, with stock released against the programme as it goes.

Installation & finish
Technical systems installed and commissioned, then flooring, joinery, bathrooms and kitchens fitted out.

Handover
Snagging closed, systems documented and warranties collected, keys handed over ready to live in or let.
